Healthcare is Fragmented.
The Problem:
Most modern medicine is designed for speed, not depth. You have fifteen minutes to explain months of symptoms. You have three different specialists who rarely talk to each other. You are told your labs are "normal," but you know you don't feel like yourself.
You don't need another prescription. You need a strategist.
The Solution:
At Present Future Health, we practice Internal Medicine–forward care. I act as your central medical strategist—integrating your history, lab trends, and medications into one cohesive plan. We don’t just look for disease; we look for dysfunction and provide a roadmap to preserve your strength, function, and independence.
What Makes Our Consultations Different?
-
Unrushed Conversations: Our initial virtual consultations are a full hour. We have the time to listen to your story, review your family history, and analyze your lifestyle in detail.
-
Medication Stewardship: More pills aren't always the answer. We review everything you are currently taking to ensure every dose is necessary and effective. Our goal is to simplify your routine and, whenever safe and possible, reduce or stop medications that are no longer serving your health.
-
Longitudinal Analysis: Your health isn’t a single "snapshot" in time. We track your lab results and heart health markers over months and years. By watching these trends, we can spot potential risks early and make adjustments long before they become serious problems.
-
Specialist-Level Care, Delivered Through Video.: You get the high-level, board-certified medical attention usually reserved for specialty clinics, delivered entirely via secure video. You receive unhurried, expert care without the stress of driving or sitting in a waiting room.
I trained in internal medicine at Henry Ford St. John Hospital in Detroit. I was Chief Resident there during COVID and taught residents as faculty after I graduated. I spent three years at Mayo Clinic Health System managing patients in their 70s, 80s, and 90s. That experience shaped how I practice.
